By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Urbanfragility a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Urbanfragility reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for any User-Generated Content and do not endorse any opinions expressed in such content. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of submitting it.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Urbanfragility.

Payment must be made using a valid payment method as specified during the registration process. You authorize Urbanfragility to charge your chosen payment method for the fees incurred. In no event shall Urbanfragility’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.
